Job Description:
- Provide financial analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.

The Successful Applicant:
- Professional qualifications in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or similar).
- Proven experience in a business partnering role.
- Experience working for a Charity and managing Bids and Contracts (MOJ, Local Govt, Councils, National Lottery etc.).
- Strong Excel Skills.
- Experience managing a small team of up to 4 people.
