Job Description

  • Oversee and manage commercial aspects of construction projects
  • Lead contract negotiations to ensure beneficial agreements
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and forecasts
  • Develop and implement strategies for improving commercial performance
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing commercial team
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the commercial department
  • Be involved and lead with tendering

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or any related field
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the construction or manufacturing industry
