You will manage and lead your engineering team, ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for planning and resourcing both proactive and reactive maintenance through our CMMS (AGILITY), driving continuous improvement across your team, and managing contractors. Your role will involve overseeing workloads, supporting your team to meet targets, and escalating issues when necessary. Client Details Our client is a notable player in their industry. Description Lead and manage the engineering team to ensure efficient running of manufacturing operations. Implement effective maintenance schedules and procedures. Identify and rectify operational and technical issues promptly. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team and wider organisation. Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations. Co-ordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations. Manage resources and budgets effectively. Provide technical advice and support to the team and stakeholders.PANAMA SHIFT PATTERN – 12 HOURS – DAYS & NIGHTS Profile A successful Engineering Shift Lead should have: A recognised Engineering qualification (Minimum Level 3) Demonstrable experience in managing engineering teams. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems. Excellent problem-solving abilities and leadership skills. A solid understanding of health, safety and environmental regulations. Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
