You will manage and lead your engineering team, ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. Description Lead and manage the engineering team to ensure efficient running of manufacturing operations. Implement effective maintenance schedules and procedures. Identify and rectify operational and technical issues promptly. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team and wider organisation. Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations. Co-ordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations. Manage resources and budgets effectively.
