Lead the design and delivery of wellbeing and engagement strategies that support a thriving workforce. Develop inclusive initiatives that reflect the diverse needs of employees and promote a culture of belonging. Work closely with HR, Public Health, and leadership teams to embed wellbeing into everyday operations. Oversee key services like occupational health and employee assistance, ensuring they deliver real value. Use data and feedback to measure impact and continuously improve employee experience. Act as a champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels of the organisation. Communicate clearly and consistently to build awareness and support for wellbeing and DEI initiatives.
