Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple EMEA countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations. Coordinate with external payroll providers and internal departments to resolve queries and discrepancies. Prepare and validate payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure accurate calculation of tax, benefits, and other deductions in line with local laws. Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity within relevant systems. Support audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports as required. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy. Provide guidance on payroll-related matters to internal teams and employees across the EMEA region.

A successful EMEA Payroll Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in payroll management, particularly across the EMEA region.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, processes, and relevant legislative requirements.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience within the financial services industry is highly desirable.
