The Electrical Manager is responsible for the overall leadership of a team of Site Managers, Supervisors and external contractors. You will be overlooking 4 projects at once quality checking PV, ensuring the solar element is ticking along smoothly. This is very much a senior site manager/project managerial role delivering solar/PV works for a Social Housing contract across Lincolnshire. Client Details Our client is a Tier 1 contractor in the Social Housing sector, providing quality maintenance services helping to improve their clients housing stock. Description · Provide overall leadership for large-scale or complex construction projects. · Ensure that all site activities align with the project goals, timelines, and budgetary constraints. · Lead the implementation of the company’s health, safety, and environmental policies on-site. · Manage and mentor site managers, supervisors, and additional reports. · rovide guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of all site activities. · Oversee quality assurance processes across multiple sites or large projects, ensuring that all work meets the highest standards and complies with industry regulations. · Take responsibility as main point of contact for clients, senior management and key stakeholders Profile · Housing experience is essential · Electrical experience within housing is essential · Solar/PV experience is desirable but not essential · Experience operationally leading teams on site · Proven track record delivering projects within social housing · Ability to prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients Job Offer · Circa £55k salary · Car allowance · Bonus scheme · Generous holiday allowance · Attractive pensions · Healthcare plans · Agile working
