Client Details This not-for-profit organisation is based in Edinburgh and focuses on making a positive impact in its sector. Description Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department. Welcome visitors and ensure they are directed to the right place. Maintain and update records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling and correspondence. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including organising deliveries. Order and manage office supplies to ensure smooth operations. Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare necessary materials. Assist with general office duties as required.Profile A successful Receptionist / Administrator should have: Strong communication and organisational skills. Experience in a receptionist or administrative role. Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. A friendly and professional approach to dealing with people.Job Offer Hourly rate of £14.00 / £16.00 dependent on the level of experience.
