Proactive credit control of overdue accounts, candidates must have excellent telephone manner.
Ensure all customers are trading to terms and within the limits of Dole credit insurance.
Raising Credit Notes.
Manage accounts on 'stop'.
Responding to inbound customer queries by phone and email.
Post daily Cash receipts.
Setting up new accounts.
Taking Card payments on site.
Manage daily cash receipts/petty cash - cash handling.
Liaise with HO Credit Control Dept for National Accounts Assist in production of weekly & monthly sales ledger reports for key customers.
Profile
A successful Finance Administrator should have
25-30 hours per week
Experience in an administrative or financial role, ideally within the retail industry.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
A basic understanding of financial processes and terminology.
