A successful Finance Business Partner should have
- Be currently studying a professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA (Part-Qualified Only)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- An understanding of the industrial or manufacturing sectors is beneficial.
