Description
- Define and execute the European strategy and roadmap.
- Own the P&L, driving performance across revenue, margin, conversion, fulfilment, satisfaction and lifetime value.
- Act as the central DTC lead, aligning stakeholders, removing blockers and ensuring consistent execution across markets.
- Lead performance optimisation across the funnel using sales analysis, CRO, UX insights and customer feedback.
- Build and manage an effective Retail Media and performance marketing strategy, spanning onsite, offsite, CRM, paid social, search and app.
- Drive customer acquisition, growth and retention through data-led segmentation, attribution and continuous testing.
- Produce clear, actionable reporting on traffic, acquisition, conversion, ROI and platform performance.
- Own DTC operational excellence, building scalable processes that improve delivery, reduce complaints and elevate customer experience.
- Partner with Customer Service, Operations and Technology to resolve friction points and improve post-purchase journeys.
- Ensure high-quality, relevant and consistent content across all EU DTC sites, in line with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with content teams on photography, video, onsite assets, translations and product reviews.
- Manage external partners and agencies.
- Work closely with Supply Chain and Distribution to optimise stock, allocation and availability.
- Own the end-to-end DTC operating model, ensuring the business is set up to scale sustainably.
Profile
- Solid experience in a DTC, eCommerce, digital role, ideally in a FMCG/Beauty or consumer background.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify.
- Strong understanding of digital product management and performance marketing channels.
- Social Commerce experience and knowledge.
- Entrepreneurial, action-oriented and commercially sharp.
Job Offer
- 12 month contract.

- Competitive salary of £70-75k + performance related bonus.
- Hybrid working - 2 days per week in the London office.
