The Ecommerce Content Manager will oversee the creation and optimisation of engaging digital content to drive online sales within the FMCG sector. This role requires a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

Client Details: This opportunity is with a well-established organisation within the Consumer Goods industry, known for its focus on high-quality products and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Description:

  • Responsible for the execution of all content across web, including product launches, brand campaigns and promotional activity.
  • Drive the global content strategy, ensuring full alignment with key stakeholders throughout, to provide a best in class customer experience.
  • Work cross functionally with the global brand and studio team to enhance website design and functionality, championing a premium user experience at all times.
  • Work with the Global Ecommerce Trading Manager to develop and implement UX onsite changes that drive performance, increase conversion and other digital KPIs.
  • Create and deploy detailed guidance documentation for new product launches and campaigns, and present back to local markets for their understanding.
  • Control and manage the allocation of all content requirements for the international markets.

Profile: A successful Ecommerce Content Manager should have:

  • Digital first mindset, eager to champion a premium user experience at all times.
  • Previous use of a website CMS and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
  • High level of rigor and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work from Leeds on a hybrid basis.

Job Offer: Annual salary of approximately £36,000 to £40,000. Fixed-term contract offering stability and career development opportunities.
