Description

  • Lead and manage the financial reporting and consolidation process across the group.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Oversee budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Develop and implement effective financial controls and policies.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors and tax advisors.
  • Support the finance team with training and professional development.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and processes.

Profile

A successful Group Financial Controller should have:

  • A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting.
  • Proven experience in managing financial controls and processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Leadership skills to guide and support a finance team effectively.

Job Offer

  • Salary between 90,000 and 100,000, dependent on the level of experience.
