You will take full ownership of brand strategy, driving growth across a dynamic portfolio and ensuring a clear and consistent position in market. You will lead innovation projects end to end, turning consumer insight into successful product launches that deliver real commercial value. You will create and deliver insight led marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, drive engagement and support sales performance. Working closely with sales, NPD and key stakeholders, you will ensure plans are aligned, integrated and executed brilliantly. You will build strong relationships with agencies and external partners, getting the very best out of them to deliver high quality outcomes. You will play a key role in customer presentations, translating brand strategy into compelling stories that land with impact. You will use data and insight to guide decisions, analysing market trends, consumer behaviour and campaign performance to continuously optimise results. You will manage budgets with care and accountability, ensuring strong return on investment and efficient use of resources. You will contribute to annual planning and help shape the long term vision for the brand.
