We're seeking an experienced Executive Assistant (EA) to provide top-notch secretarial and business support to an Investor Relations team within a fast-paced financial services environment in London. This role is 5 days in the office for the first 6 months, and 1 day working from home thereafter.

Description

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the investor relations team.
  • Manage complex diaries, arranging meetings and travel logistics.
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports for executive meetings.
  • Co-ordinate Roadshows.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external clients.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Support project management activities when required.
  • Coordinate with other EAs to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Contribute to the organisation and coordination of company events.

Profile
A successful EA should have:

  • Prior experience in an EA role within financial services.
