Description
- Provide proactive executive support to the CEO, including complex diary and inbox management.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel across multiple time zones.
- Act as a key liaison with senior external stakeholders, partners, and donors.
- Support Board and governance activity, including meeting coordination and papers.
- Assist with stakeholder communications and CRM administration.
- Support organisational strategy projects and liaise with external consultants.
- Oversee day-to-day office management, including meetings, events, and away days.

Profile
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, PA supporting senior leadership.

Job Offer
