We are seeking an experienced EA to support a C-Suite member for a global multinational.

Client Details: They are a large international FTSE company. You will be based 3/4 days a week in their corporate head office in central London.

Description:

  • Provide strategic EA support to the C-Suite member
  • Manage and coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements efficiently.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations within the department.
  • Organise and support events, conferences, and team activities.
