This is a hands‑on, commercially focused e‑commerce role, supporting and accelerating online sales performance across key platforms. You will play a critical role in optimising digital channels, analysing performance, and driving continuous improvement across the e‑commerce function. The position offers a strong mix of platform management, data analysis, and content optimisation, working closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless and effective online customer experience.

  • Manage and optimise product listings across key e-commerce platforms, including Amazon and eBay
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, pricing, and stock availability
  • Track sales performance and identify trends, opportunities, and risks
  • Support the execution of digital sales and e-commerce growth strategies
  • Conduct keyword analysis and implement SEO best practices across product listings and digital channels
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date product catalogues across all platforms
  • Coordinate the end‑to‑end setup of new product launches
  • Collaborate with internal teams including product, supply chain, and marketing to ensure timely and effective execution
  • Enhance content quality, including product descriptions, imagery, and overall digital presence
  • Measure campaign performance and report on ROI

A successful E-Commerce Specialist should have:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an e‑commerce focused role
  • Strong hands‑on experience with platforms such as Amazon and eBay
  • Commercially minded with a strong analytical approach
  • Confident working with data and KPIs to drive decision‑making
  • Experience with website and e‑commerce management
  • Good understanding of SEO and online retail ecosystems
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in a B2B e‑commerce environment
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
