As a Temp Administrator in Duns, you will keep day-to-day administration organised for a business Client Details A leader in their field Description Manage daily administrative tasks to keep office activity organised and on schedule. Maintain accurate documents, records and filing systems for easy access. Handle incoming correspondence and direct queries to the appropriate contact. Prepare routine documents, letters and reports as required by the department. Arrange meetings and keep calendars up to date to support planned activity. Update internal information accurately and flag any missing details promptly. Provide general administrative support across the Secretarial & Business Support department.Profile A successful 'Temp Administrator' should have: Experience of completing a range of general administrative duties. Confidence managing documents, records and routine office information. Ability to organise tasks and manage changing priorities. Clear written communication when preparing documents and correspondence. Confidence arranging meetings and maintaining calendars. Careful attention to detail when updating records and information.Job Offer Temporary contract.
