- Description
- Own and develop the IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) environment to support effective planning and reporting.
- Lead the maintenance and enhancement of financial planning, forecasting, balance sheet, and cash flow models.
- Partner with Finance, Data, Power BI, and SQL teams to deliver high-quality reporting and insight solutions.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of financial and operational data.
- Support and continuously improve forecasting, budgeting, and performance management processes.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into effective planning, reporting, and analytical solutions.
- Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable business insights.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lead planning and reporting enhancement projects.

A successful Senior Financial Planning & Report Analyst should have
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong financial planning and reporting expertise.
- Proven experience developing and enhancing IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) solutions.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into meaningful business insights.
- Demonstrated project leadership experience, with a focus on delivering improvements and driving change.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across multidisciplinary teams.
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with a commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and delivering results.
