As a Document Production Assistant in Edinburgh, you'll focus on creating, formatting, and managing a variety of professional documents to support business operations within the professional services industry. Your role will help ensure that high-quality materials are delivered on time and meet the organisation's standards.

This role is based in a professional services firm located in Edinburgh.

Description

  • Produce, format, and edit documents accurately, ensuring consistency and attention to detail.
  • Work with a variety of document types, including reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Handle document amendments and updates promptly as requested by the team.
  • Ensure compliance with branding and formatting guidelines.
  • Manage document version control effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Provide administrative support related to document production tasks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic formatting and technical issues with documents.

Profile

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document formatting.
  • Experience working in a professional services environment is an advantage.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Comfort working independently and as part of a team.

Job Offer

Competitive salary ranging from Β£28,800 to Β£33,000, dependent on the level of experience.

Permanent contract within a professional services environment in Edinburgh.
