The Director of Land & Property will be the strategic lead for the Diocese of Manchester's property portfolio across Greater Manchester, reporting to the CEO and guiding a team of Surveyors and Property Officers.
You will develop a diocesan property and asset management strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets and capital programmes, and build strong relationships with clergy, parishes and local authorities.
