They are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Transformation Manager to drive digitalisation initiatives across a portfolio of engineering projects. My client is an industry leader, with heavy investment in their digital transformation strategy. This role offers an opportunity to be part of this exciting growth. If you are a project or transformation manager who has a background in engineering/construction/manufacturing then this could be the role for you. The role is based in the North of England with hybrid working and some travel. Description Evaluate current processes and workflows to identify areas where digital solutions can be explored and implemented to improve productivity, automate tasks and streamline Identify and build strong and effective relationships at all levels Formulate ideas and concepts that will bring about benefits and analyse if they should be pursued or not Implement strategies that align to increasing productivity, sustainability, safety and quality through effective digital transformation. Implement effectively, striking a balance between time, cost and quality with a relentless focus on benefits realisation Develop and lead the implementation of change leveraging a people, process and technology approach Work closely with various departments, including IT, operations, and engineering, to understand their needs and provide digital solutions. Provide effective leadership to your team and stakeholders Continuously monitor the performance of digital initiatives and make necessary adjustments to achieve optimal results.
