Client Details The organisation operates in the Transport & Distribution industry in Derby. Description Manage customer queries across agreed communication channels, providing clear and timely responses. Use TMS experience to review transport information and provide accurate customer updates. Track customer requests through to resolution, keeping records clear and up to date. Work with relevant internal contacts to resolve service issues and reduce delays for customers. Provide customers with practical information on transport movements, bookings and delivery status. Identify recurring customer concerns and share relevant information to improve the service provided. Maintain accurate customer and transport data within the TMS to support reliable communication. Help deliver a consistent customer experience across Transport & Distribution services.Profile A successful 'Customer Experience Consultant' should have: Experience using a transport management system, TMS. Experience handling customer queries and providing clear updates. Ability to review transport information accurately and maintain up-to-date records.
