As a Senior Customer Experience Consultant in Derby, you will manage customer service activity within the Transport & Distribution industry, helping customers receive clear and timely support. You will handle day-to-day enquiries and work closely with colleagues to keep service delivery organised throughout this FTC. Client Details The organisation operates in the Transport & Distribution industry in Derby. Description Manage customer enquiries and provide clear, accurate responses. Handle customer requests from initial contact through to resolution. Keep customers updated on the progress of their queries. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken. Work with internal colleagues to resolve customer issues efficiently. Identify recurring customer queries and share useful feedback with the Customer Service department. Follow agreed customer service processes to provide a consistent experience. Help maintain an organised service for customers across the Transport & Distribution operation.Profile A successful 'Senior Customer Experience Consultant' should have: Experience of managing customer enquiries and requests. Confidence in providing clear information to customers. Ability to follow customer queries through to resolution. Experience of keeping accurate customer service records. Ability to work with colleagues to resolve customer issues. Good judgement when managing a range of customer requests.Job Offer FTC contract.
