Michael Page are delighted to partner with a successful organisation situated just North of Derby to appoint for a HR Advisor to join a busy team. This role can offer hybrid working of circa 4 days onsite and 1 home per week.
Working as part of a wider HR team, the role of HR Advisor is a varied and generalist role, providing prompt HR support to a wide range of stakeholders onsite, just outside Derby. This will include but not limited to:
- Provide comprehensive HR advice and guidance to management and employees.
- Support the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and on-boarding.
- Support the team with employee relations cases.
- Provide advice on HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the HR team on HR projects and initiatives.
- Support with training and development initiatives.
- Handle HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records and documentation.
- Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Ideal applicants for this role will either be a proven HR Advisor looking for a new challenge, or you could also be experienced HR Assistant/Coordinator/Officer looking for the first step into an Advisor role.
A competitive salary ranging from circa £33,000 to £36,000. Hybrid working - 4 days onsite and 1 home per week. Superb career development opportunity for development.
