As a key player of the Supply Chain team, the Demand Planner is responsible for maintaining the rolling forecast/demand plans and inventory holding of the business.

Description

  1. Manage the portfolio wide demand planning process.
  2. Deliver industry leading customer supply service level and minimise product waste through critical forecast reviews.
  3. Manage phase in, phase out portfolio changes in our demand forecasting.
  4. Work closely with the Customer supply and Commercial teams to align on customer demand forecasts.
  5. Drive continuous improvement in the planning process, adapting it to the fast growing business’s demands.
  6. Forecast and maintain stock levels for Amazon Seller Central, creating fulfilment drops and raising enquiries where required.
  7. Collaborate with key leaders in the organisation to develop short- and long-term demand forecasts.
  8. Utilise all data available to closely monitor actual demand vs. forecast to identify shortages/overages and identify actions to prevent service failures and excess inventory.
  9. Manage stock movements between production and fulfilment sites, maximising efficiency.
  10. Manage the ordering and supply of raw materials/products process from point of order through to delivery and maintain accurate inventory data and raw materials stock figures.

Profile

  1. The successful candidate needs to have a proven track record in Forecasting, Inventory Control and Planning.
  2. +3 years’ experience in a demand planning or supply chain role, ideally within FMCG.
  3. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  4. Professional certification (e.g., APICS) is advantageous.
  5. Food & Beverages or FMCG background is required.
  6. Advanced Excel skills; experience with data visualisation tools beneficial.
  7. Solid track record of refining forecasts, reducing waste, and improving operational efficiencies.
  8. Ability to dissect data, spot trends, and provide actionable insights swiftly and confidently.
  9. Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with all levels of the organization.
