We are seeking a data and reporting expert embedded within the finance function to modernise reporting and analytics capabilities. This role will focus on transitioning finance from Excel‑heavy processes to scalable, automated, and insight‑led reporting using Power BI.

Description
- Act as the go‑to data and reporting expert within the finance team
- Assess and streamline existing Excel‑based finance reports
- Design and deliver Power BI dashboards tailored to finance and commercial stakeholders
- Extract and model data from Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
- Translate finance requirements into clear, scalable data solutions
- Improve reporting automation, accuracy, and accessibility
- Work closely with FP&A and senior finance stakeholders to enhance insight generation
- Drive best practice in data structuring, governance, and reporting
Profile
- Strong experience operating as a data/reporting specialist within a finance environment (FP&A, finance analytics, etc.)
- Advanced Power BI skills (data modelling, DAX, dashboard design)
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
- Strong understanding of finance reporting, metrics, and processes
- Advanced Excel skills (legacy reporting transition)
- Ability to bridge the gap between finance and data/technology
- Highly proactive, able to work autonomously and influence stakeholders
