Data governance analyst required to focus on data governance, cataloguing key data outputs, and supporting the implementation of data frameworks across the organisation. You'll work with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory standards like BCBS 239 and enable the organisation to make the most of its data.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and catalogue Key Data Outputs across all departments.
- Work with Key Data Output owners to plan and track remediation actions.
- Support the development and maintenance of the data catalogue using Collibra.
- Ensure KDOs meet regulatory and governance standards, including BCBS 239.
- Work with stakeholders across the business to understand key metrics and data outputs.
- Contribute to the wider Data Governance Framework and engage with colleagues in other regions.
- Promote a culture of openness and innovation.
To be successful in this role you will need to have the following:
- Experience with data governance or EUC reporting governance.
- Knowledge of BCBS 239 compliance and data governance frameworks.
- Experience using data cataloguing tools like Collibra or KADA.
- Background in financial services or similar regulated environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of metadata, data quality and data management practices.
- Knowledge of tools like Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau.
- Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with data engineering or data science concepts.

- Salary: £70k - £95k per annum, depending on experience.
