Michael Page is recruiting a Damp, Mould & Disrepair Surveyor to lead damp and mould surveying across a residential housing portfolio in London and the South East. You will inspect, diagnose and report on complex defects, manage disrepair cases, and ensure compliance with Awaab's Law and housing regulations.
You will liaise with residents, coordinate with contractors, and support service improvement whilst upholding health and safety obligations.
