Description As a Sales Order Processor you will be the first point of contact for customers and handling their orders from start to finish. You will be dealing with the initial enquiry providing quotations whilst taking orders alongside processing onto the system ensuring excellent support and guidance handling any queries and providing the highest standard of service to deliver the best experience. The role will be corresponding with customers over the phone, email and chat ensuring these queries are actioned within service level agreements and will perform any administrative tasks required for the department.
