The Customer Service Assistant supports direct-to-consumer operations by delivering exceptional service and resolving customer inquiries. This will be achieved by delivering outstanding customer support, building brand loyalty, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A customer-focused attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Support customer interactions across multiple channels with professionalism and care.
  • German/French language speaking is desirable.
