As a Customer Service Advisor you will be supporting clients going through the remortgage process. The role will be assisting with a range of queries along the way, ensuring service level agreements are met and the highest standard of client care is provided. You will be chasing up documentation and details required for the file and will be corresponding with banks and other third parties. The role will involve administration tasks such as processing documents and inputting data. You will be working in a volume environment towards deadlines set to enable the caseload to be completed as soon as possible.
