We are looking for a meticulous and insightful Customer Insights Specialist to drive our marketing strategies and help us understand our customers better. The role requires the individual to analyse consumer data and present it in an easily digestible manner to aid decision-making processes. This role will provide hybrid working, 1 or 2 days in the officer per week, Surrey/West Sussex. Client Details An exciting and globally recognized brand. Description The successful Customer Insights Specialist will be responsible for: Analysing consumer data to identify patterns and trends. Translating complex data sets into actionable insights. Communicating findings to the marketing team to inform strategy development. Developing and managing consumer surveys to gather primary data. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Reporting on key metrics to senior management.Profile A successful Customer Insights Specialist should have: Strong analytical skills and an ability to interpret complex data. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A customer-centric approach and a keen interest in understanding consumer behavior.
