This role is responsible for managing the customer journey from the point of sale or rental agreement through to completion, ensuring machines are successfully onboarded, customers meet their operational responsibilities, and opportunities to maximise revenue and service support are identified and delivered throughout the hire lifecycle.

Client Details A company operating in the industrial and manufacturing industry, based in Northwich.

Description Act as the single point of contact for all queries and enquiries relating to sales, operations, finance, and customers.

Oversee and maintain the quality and consistency of the HDS (Hire, Demo and Stand-in) process.

Ensure the delivery and handover process is completed to a consistently high standard.

Implement and manage a robust process for daily and weekly machine checks while equipment is on hire, ensuring any issues are identified, escalated, and resolved promptly.

Oversee and enhance the accuracy and quality of invoicing, including agreed hire rates, overtime charges, damage costs, downtime, hire pauses, and off-hire records.

Oversee and continuously improve the machine inspection and reporting process to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.

Manage the final invoicing process, ensuring all applicable damage charges are recovered in accordance with company terms and that customer expectations are effectively managed throughout the hire lifecycle.
