Overview

CRM & Email Marketing Manager role at Michael Page. Based in South London. You will deliver sophisticated B2B and B2C email marketing, newsletters and campaigns. You will implement, test and optimise for reach, open rates, clickthroughs and conversions.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver sophisticated B2B and B2C email marketing, newsletters and campaigns
  • Implement, test and optimise for reach, open rates, clickthroughs and conversions
  • Build reports and dashboards to provide insight from Salesforce, including email performance reporting
  • Use performance data to identify customer needs, define new products and enhancements through segmentation and personalization
  • Work with database and development teams to identify and implement CRM data improvements
  • Manage Salesforce development roadmap and supervise delivery with Salesforce implementation partner
  • Perform database maintenance tasks, including data hygiene and duplicate management

Qualifications

  • Previous CRM and email marketing experience
  • Based in South London (4 days a week onsite) or willing to be onsite
  • Experience briefing and supervising the design of marketing emails
  • Knowledge of email deliverability requirements and best practices
  • Some experience with marketing automation technologies
  • Strong copywriting and proofreading skills
  • A/B and multivariate testing experience across email
  • Exposure to Google Analytics and Data Studio for campaign analysis and reporting
  • Build reports and dashboards to help sales and marketing users get insight from Salesforce, including email performance reporting
  • Use performance data to identify customer needs, define new products and enhancements to existing products through improved segmentation and personalisation
  • Work with database and development teams to identify and implement CRM data improvements
  • Manage the Salesforce development roadmap and lead the relationship with our Salesforce implementation partner to supervise delivery of new features and enhancements
  • Perform database maintenance tasks, including data hygiene and duplicate management

Offer

Β£40k – Β£42k. Good benefits package – 29 days holiday. Based in South London (4 days a week onsite).
