As a Credit Risk Analyst in the transport and distribution industry, you ll play a key part in assessing financial risks and ensuring strong credit control processes. Your day-to-day work will help the business maintain steady cash flow and minimise financial exposure. Client Details This organisation operates in the transport and distribution industry. Description Opening and renewing customer credit accounts having analysed the Experian reports and company accounts where necessary. Reviewing the 75% list to check whether credit limits can be increased or early direct debits need to be taken. Helping to oversee the customer account opening process and ensure customer account details are entered correctly. Able to help and cover the sales ledger where required including: - Daily transfer of supplier electronic data files into our computer system regarding fuel drawings. - Problem solving for errors when carrying out the task above. - Raising sales invoices for fuel drawings. - Provide assisitance to the credit contoller - production of early invoices, taking direct debits as required and chasing debts. Review accounts where we taken multiple early payments to consider what further action should be taken (increase limit, close account, request deposit).
