Description

Manage and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments. Process and allocate incoming payments accurately. Maintain up-to-date records of all transactions and client communications. Resolve invoice discrepancies and customer queries promptly. Prepare and distribute regular debtors\' reports to management. Assist the accounting team with credit control-related tasks. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations. Assist in reconciling accounts to maintain accurate financial records.

Profile

A successful Credit Control Clerk should have:
