Our client is recruiting a Fleet Administrator to look after the admin relating to the maintenance of their vehicles. Client Details An organisation within the industrial and manufacturing sector, based in Colwick. This is an office based role. Description Maintain accurate records for company vehicles and equipment Keep vehicle databases and fleet management systems up to date Maintain records of registrations, insurance, leases, mileage and fuel documentation Process fleet related paperwork and invoices Raise PO's Produce reports and spreadsheetsProfile A successful Fleet Administrator should have: Previous experience in a fleet admin role Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. A problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.Job Offer Hourly rate of £13.00 to £14.00, dependent on the level of experience.
