Client Details My client is a local authority based in Birmingham, they can offer the successful candidate excellent hybrid working with 3 days working from home; an inclusive, supporting working environment. Description Support the Credit Control Manager and wider team with overdue debts Deal with queries Ensure all statements are issued in accordance with SLA Assist with the preparation of files to third parties when unsuccessful in obtaining payment Assist with the cash posting Any ad hoc duties as requiredProfile Be available on short notice Have demonstrated experience working in a busy Credit Control environment Have excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal Be proactive and have a high attention to detail Job Offer The candidate can expect a starting salary c£26-29,000 + 3 days working from home + an immediate start + generous annual leave allowance + a potential for a permanent position
