This Management Accountant role will see you handling the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting and supporting business decisions. You'll play a key part in keeping the accounting and finance function running smoothly. Client Details The organisation is based in Crawley. Description Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports. Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes. Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis. Support the year-end audit process and liaise with auditors. Maintain and improve financial controls and procedures. Oversee reconciliations, including bank accounts and balance sheets. Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.Profile A successful Management Accountant should have: Part Qualified (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA). Experience in preparing management accounts and financial reports. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work. Good communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.Job Offer Salary between £50,000 and £55,000, dependent on the level of experience. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
