This role can offer hybrid working of circa 3 days onsite per week.
Description
The role of Talent Acquisition Partner will play a key role to support with the growth and development of this UK-wide organisation.
You will be responsible for the full recruitment life-cycle to attract talented teachers, support staff and corporate professionals who make a valuable difference to the students every day.
This will include but not limited to:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices.
- Proactively build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
- Use data and analytics to evaluate recruitment effectiveness and improve processes.
- Promote the organisation's mission and values to potential candidates.
Profile
Ideal applicants for this role will have a proven Recruitment/Talent Acquisition background - You might be from an in-house role, looking for a new challenge, or looking to take your first step out of a Recruitment Agency environment.
Working knowledge of recruiting within the Education Sector is highly beneficial.
Job Offer
- Salary up to £55,000
- Hybrid working model - Circa 3 days in the office in Coventry
