Description
You will work closely with senior leadership to create -
- Develop a clear programme plan and key milestones for the strategy and funding bid
- Establish effective frameworks for planning, monitoring and delivery
- Define strategic outcomes alongside associated risks and mitigations
- Develop appropriate governance and reporting structures
- Provide high-quality programme management across multiple projects and workstreams
- Coordinate the key stages of the funding bid
- Work collaboratively with senior leaders, trustees, clergy, lay leaders and partner organisations across the Diocese
Profile
You will bring strong strategic programme/project management experience, ideally gained within a complex organisation, alongside excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship-building skills.
You will be comfortable working with governance structures, managing risk and issues, interpreting financial information and presenting complex information clearly to senior stakeholders. Programme/project management qualifications such as PRINCE2, or substantial equivalent experience, are also desirable
Job Offer
- 6 month Fixed-term contract.
- Up to £58,000 dependent on the level of experience.
