Description

  • Lead and manage commercial processes across multiple projects
  • Oversee cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Manage subcontractor accounts, applications, and final accounts
  • Produce and review management accounts and monthly project performance
  • Work collaboratively with operational teams and supply chain partners
  • Identify commercial risks and opportunities, ensuring effective mitigation
  • Drive cash flow performance and ensure timely payments and valuations
  • Ensure compliance with contractual, H&S, and company standards
  • Support and develop junior commercial team members

Profile

  • Proven experience in a Senior/Managing Quantity Surveyor role
  • Strong background in managing subcontractors and final accounts
  • Solid understanding of commercial reporting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Experience working across construction or housing/regeneration projects
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong leadership capability with a focus on team development
