- Description
- Lead treasury management, cash flow forecasting, and liquidity monitoring.
- Own annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and financial planning activities.
- Deliver monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and management packs.
- Provide commercial insight through profitability analysis and performance reporting.
- Manage P&L processes including accruals, provisions, and financial controls.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement across reporting, forecasting, and control processes.
- Develop and enhance financial KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Coordinate with central finance, treasury, and commercial teams.
- Support financial governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Profile
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
- Strong experience in financial control, month‑end, and year‑end reporting.
- Proven treasury, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and forecasting expertise.
- Strong commercial finance and profitability analysis skills.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate financial data into commercial insights.
- Proactive approach with a focus on process improvement and financial control.
- Experience within automotive finance, leasing, or financial services is advantageous.
- Capable of working independently in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
