Job Description
- Advising on complex M&A and private equity transactions
- Working on IPOs, public takeovers and cross border deals
- Managing transactions from inception through to completion
- Drafting and negotiating key corporate documentation
- Working closely with private equity sponsors, listed companies and UHNW family offices
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers within the team
The Successful Applicant
- A solicitor with at least 3 years PQE in corporate law
- Experienced in M&A and private equity transactions
- Comfortable managing complex matters and client relationships
- Technically strong with excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Commercially aware with strong attention to detail
- Able to work effectively within a high performing collaborative team
- Interested in developing their career within a leading regional law firm
