Description
- Identify and develop new corporate partnership opportunities, building a strong pipeline aligned with organisational priorities.
- Manage a portfolio of partners, delivering high-quality relationship management, communication and stewardship.
- Support the creation of tailored partnership proposals, sponsorship packages and fundraising initiatives.
- Drive engagement through corporate involvement, including employee fundraising, volunteering and awareness activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated, impactful partnerships.
- Track and report on partnership activity, income performance and stakeholder engagement using CRM systems.
- Ensure all activity complies with relevant regulations, data protection requirements and ethical standards.
Profile
The successful candidate will have proven experience in corporate partnerships, fundraising or business development within the third sector, with strong relationship management skills and the ability to engage and influence a range of stakeholders. They will be organised, proactive and results-driven, with experience developing proposals, managing multiple priorities, and using CRM systems, alongside a strong understanding of ethical fundraising and a genuine alignment with the organisation's purpose and values.
