Client Details With offices in Falmouth the firm acts for very wide ranging industry clients to encompass sole traders, partnerships and limited companies across a whole spectrum of industries and turnovers, with largest clients up to £25million for whom they carry out audits for a group of companies.
The firm uses IRIS software.
Private clients are varied with HNWIs and Trust clients.
You will be looking to grow and develop the firm's tax offering and department and take a lead role in this.
There is a clear path on offer to progress in this growing firm Description You will join the firm as a Senior Tax Manager or Tax Director dependant on the level and background of the right professional moulded accordingly around this and based from the their Falmouth offices and will take a client fronting role overseeing the provision of advisory services across a wide spectrum of tax advice and planning across personal, corporate and mixed tax moulded to suit around the career background and areas of expertise of the right professional.
You will be leading the team and looking to drive the further growth and development of tax services in this leading firm working closely and alongside the firms leadership team.

Some examples of project work include: Profit extraction - advising on dividend/salary payments; pension contributions; benefits in kind; purchase of own shares; voluntary liquidations Capital gains tax planning - Considering the availability of BADR, hold-over and roll-over relief; PPR availability IHT planning- Use of trust and deeds of variation; availability of BPR and APR; gifts out of income Assisting companies with EIS
