We are seeking organised and detail-oriented Administrators with additional language capabilities. This temporary role in Cornwall until 2027 (possible for permanency) offers an excellent opportunity to work within the industrial and manufacturing industry.

Description:

  • Provide administrative support to the Business Support department.
  • Utilise additional language skills (where applicable).
  • Produce quotes for parts for customers.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating diaries.
  • Respond to internal and external queries in a professional manner.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.
