Our client is looking for a Conveyancing Paralegal.

Client Details: A leading firm.

Description:

  • Prepare and review legal documents related to property transactions, such as contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documents.
  • Conduct property searches and investigations to identify any legal issues or restrictions affecting the property.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction to gather information and update on progress.
  • Assist in the completion of the exchange and completion process, ensuring all legal and financial obligations are met.
  • Maintain accurate records and case files, ensuring timely and efficient progression of transactions.
  • Support solicitors with compliance checks and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Handle client enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with post-completion matters, including registration with the Land Registry.

Profile:

  • Previous experience in conveyancing or property law is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
