Overview
Our client is looking for a Conveyancing Paralegal
Client Details: A leading law firm
Responsibilities
- Handle a caseload of residential (and/or commercial) property transactions under supervision
- Draft legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements
- Conduct property searches, review title documents, and raise/reply to pre-contract enquiries
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, solicitors, and other third parties
- Prepare and submit Land Registry and HMRC applications (e.g. Stamp Duty Land Tax returns)
- Manage deadlines to ensure smooth and timely exchange and completion of transactions
- Maintain accurate file records and case management system entries
- Assist with post-completion work such as registration and closing files
- Support fee earners and attend meetings as required

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using case management systems and Microsoft Office suite
